Shipping & Returns

We print every piece to order. That means nothing ships from a warehouse shelf. Your piece is made fresh when you buy it.

Shipping

Every order is printed and dispatched within 3–5 business days of confirmation. After dispatch, most orders arrive within 2–5 additional days via tracked courier.

You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

We ship across India. International shipping isn’t available yet.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every piece is made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

What we do accept:

  • Items that arrive damaged in transit
  • Items that are significantly different from what was ordered

 

If there’s a problem, get in touch within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll sort it.

One thing worth knowing: slight variation between prints is normal. 3D printing is a layer-by-layer process, and minor surface texture differences are part of what makes each piece genuinely handmade — not a defect.

Custom & Personalised Orders

Custom orders — including personalised name and number pieces — cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun.

Each piece is made specifically for you. The name, number, and colour you chose are printed into the object itself.

If you’re unsure about anything before you order — size, colour, fit — reach out first. We’d rather answer a question than have you receive something that doesn’t feel right.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll make it right.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We’ll review and respond within 24 hours.

We don’t ask you to ship anything back for damaged items — a clear photo is enough.

A Note on Natural Variation

3D printing is a process, not a press run. Slight surface texture or minor colour variation between prints is a natural feature of the medium — not a manufacturing defect.

If your new piece looks slightly different from a previous order, that’s expected. If it looks significantly different — wrong colour, broken, or missing a part — that’s not expected, and we’ll fix it.
