Urban Layer is a 3D printing studio based in India. Every product we sell is designed and printed in-house. Nothing ships from a warehouse – your piece is made after you order it.
How a contract is formed
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. Until that point, we reserve the right to decline any order – for example, if a product is no longer available, if we identify an error in pricing or product information, or if we are unable to fulfil your request for any other reason.
Order accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit at checkout – delivery address, selected variants, and any personalisation details (name, number, etc.). We cannot be held responsible for errors in details you provide.
Cancellations
Standard orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us at contact@urbanlayerstore.in. After printing has begun, cancellation is not possible. Custom and personalised orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice, but the price at the time of your order confirmation is the price you pay.
Payment is processed at checkout through our payment gateway partner. We do not store your card or payment details. Your payment is subject to the terms of your card issuer and our payment partner.
Orders with custom text (such as name and number on jersey keychains) are made specifically for you and cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled once printing has begun.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any personalisation details – spelling, numbers, special characters. Please review carefully before placing your order. We print exactly what you submit.
3D printing is a process, not a press run. Minor surface texture, slight colour variation between prints, and fine layer lines are inherent to the medium — not defects. Product photographs on the site show representative pieces; your item will be very close but may not be identical.
Significant defects, damage in transit, or wrong items are a different matter entirely — see our Shipping & Returns page.
All original designs created by Urban Layer — including product shapes, surface patterns, and decorative elements — are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute them without written permission.
Fandom and sports-themed products – items referencing sports teams, leagues, players, or cultural properties are unofficial fan creations. Urban Layer is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any team, league, player, or rights holder. These products are sold as fan art and collectibles.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Urban Layer’s liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms or from a purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
Before initiating any legal action, please contact our Grievance Officer. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly.
